This week we have had the privilege of having Elder and Sister Piper in our mission. It has been such a blessing. We had the opportunity to be trained and taught by both. We have felt of their devotion and love for our Heavenly Father. They shared their testimony and witness of our Savior. The day began with Elder and Sister Piper and visiting with the Zone and STL Leaders. He trained on the revelatory experience that counsels are or should be. Just before the morning session of the conference began, he and Sister Piper shook the hands of each missionary. The Conference began at 9:00am and went until 3:30pm with an hour lunch. AWESOME. After the conference each day Elder Piper visited personally with 12 missionaries. Wednesday evening a dinner was held for the Pipers and our office staff. It was a sweet experience to share the evening with these missionaries. 140 missionaries attended Wednesday in the Northern part of the mission, and 137 attended Thursday in the southern part of the mission. There was such a strong spirit. I attribute the Spirit felt also to the preparation and reverence of the missionaries. The great Relief Society Sisters went to so much effort to give us lunch. The missionaries are so good. The Cultural Hall was decorated so beautifully in the Northern Zone. Chair cover, center pieces, double clothes, etc. The food was delicious. It just enhanced the spirit. In the Southern Zone they made each missionary there own little loaf of bread to take with them. Each meal was done with such love and support. The AP's and Office Elders prepared and facilitate all the needs of each day. All involved magnified their callings. It truly has been a sacred time in the mission.

I gave the missionaries my camera to take some pictures, since I wasn't able to. You see a little more personality.
They really are such cute, cute young people. Awesome missionaries. You can be so proud of them.
